Calcio Debate: Serie A Goal Of The Week

Every week, Goal.com asks its readers to choose the best goal in Serie A from the previous weekend. Who will get your vote for matchday 20?

It was another exciting week of Serie A action, as the ‘Big Four’ all won. Inter maintained their three point lead at the top of Serie A by beating Sampdoria 1-0, Juventus defeated Fiorentina by the same scoreline, while Milan thrashed Bologna 4-1, David Beckham scoring his first goal for the club. Roma won 3-0 at Napoli, Genoa drew 1-1 at home against Catania, while Lazio were stunned 4-1 at the Olimpico by Cagliari.

This week there are five choices for Goal of the Week:

Goal 1: Kaka – Bologna v Milan

Kaka celebrates snubbing a move to Manchester City with a double at Bologna, the second a sweet strike into the corner from outside the area.

Goal 2: Claudio MarchisioJuventus v Fiorentina

This goal makes the nominations thanks to Alessandro Del Piero’s magical through pass – a moment of genius from the 'Golden Boy'.

Goal 3: Gianni MunariLecce v Torino

What a way to celebrate your first-ever goal in Serie A - a simply stunning strike from Munari against Torino.

Goal 4: Simone Pepe – Palermo v Udinese

Udinese lost yet again at Palermo, but they had earlier taken the lead through Pepe’s beautiful curling free kick.

Goal 5: Vincenzo Italiano – Reggina v Chievo

Everyone had settled for a goalless draw, but then Italiano produced this bolt from the blue.

Serie A Goal of the Week: Gianni Munari Lecce v Torino (Goal 3)
