Milan striker Alexandre Pato still harbours hopes of winning the Scudetto this season, and he is hoping to wrest the Tricolore from bitter rivals Inter on the final day of the season.

The Rossoneri are currently eight points behind their cousins from across town and winning the title is looking difficult.

Pato has been outstanding for his side this term. His goals have contributed to valuable points both at home and away. The Brazilian will face Italy at the Emirates tomorrow night, but he has his mind elsewhere.

"I am sure that we can win the Scudetto and it's important not to drop too many points away from home," Pato told Guerin Sportivo.

"My dream is to score a Scudetto-deciding goal on the final day of the season against Fiorentina."

The hitman has praised the Nerazzurri, but he believes they are not invincible.

"Inter are a well equipped team, but we are stronger than them. If we follow what [Carlo] Ancelotti tells us then we can do it," concluded Pato.

Pato will be involved against Inter in the big derby della Madonina showdown on Sunday night.
